I LOVE a good fondue for all of the rea...Hi Linda:)<br />I LOVE a good fondue for all of the reasons you mention. I never thought to prepare it in a cast iron pot though. GREAT idea! Digging out that fondue pot of mine can be quite a chore sometimes.
