I agree he is with you and in your heart always.
That is wonderful news for the joyful addition to the family and the safe return of everyone.
I will keep you and your husband in my prayers for a successful recovery and many happy years ahead.
I know that these ribs must have been great. I like them better in the oven. They don't get all black and charcoal from the grill.
I am praying for you.
Blessings dear. But I'm looking forward to that peach cobbler recipe! My dad died several years ago, and I've posted a few stories about him and his limited kitchen adventures. I just posted individual cherry cobblers, something he loved.Jean | DelightfulRepast.comhttp://delightfulrepast.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2672457197598168162.post-53043912388136798972014-05-06T22:10:01.393-05:002014-05-06T22:10:01.393-05:00Linda, I'm so very sorry about your Dad ... do...Linda, I'm so very sorry about your Dad ... doesn't it seem that life hands us good with the bad? I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad...Hi Linda,

I'm so sorry to hear about your Dad. How are you doing? How is your family doing?

You sure have had a lot on your plate the last couple of months. I could kick myself for not checking on you. I usually try to touch base when someone is MIA for a while. So sorry...

Thank God your family made it back from the Ukraine safe and sound. And what beautiful children. I'll have to check out that link.

They've been doing a lot of burning here too. Not only do they burn the farms but the ditches too. Coming from Long Island, where you're not even allowed to burn anything, it always catches me by surprise.

One of the visitors to my blog that I email with on a pretty regular basis is taking care of her husband after he too had heart issues. He went in for a check up and the next thing you know...He's doing very well now and she is learning new ways to cook healthier. She is finding it wuite challenging but she is getting the hang of it. It's wonderful to know your husband has will have a positive outcome and that the doctors are so reassuring. Thank God the problems were recognized in time:)

The barbecue ribs sounds amazing! I'm looking forward to having some good barbecue when I get to my daughter's.

I'm leaving for Idaho on Wednesday and will be gone for three weeks. I am not bringing my computer with me and don't have any plans to do any online work or enjoyment. I don't want to spend one minute away from the kids and in the evenings my daughter and I usually "catch up." This year will be a whole year that she is Cancer free! I'm bringing the Minion hats that Marion crocheted for her and the rest of her Relay for Life team. I won't be there for the race but I will be there for the kids dance recital, Mother's Day and of course lots of baseball games, lol...

My daughter does have a computer so I will check in on your blog to see how you are doing while I'm gone. I'm so sorry you are going through so many life changing events, Linda. Stay well and please, keep in touch:) ~~louise~~https://www.blogger.com/profile/07335196139849995706noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2672457197598168162.post-40530099299880244242014-05-05T14:01:50.857-05:002014-05-05T14:01:50.857-05:00So nice to see you posting....I'll look forwar...So nice to see you posting....I'll look forward to the post about your wonderful dad.
